In-Store Pickup:
Orders placed online or over the phone are always available for free in-store pickup during our regular business hours. Simply select the "in-store pickup" option at checkout.
If it's easier, we're happy to bring your order out to your car when you arrive - just give us a quick call, and we'll take care of the rest. (No need to wake a sleeping baby!)
Local Delivery:
We're delighted to offer complimentary local delivery on orders of $99 or more (before tax) within select Guilford County zip codes. Deliveries are scheduled during our regular business hours, and we'll work with you to find a convenient time for home or workplace delivery.

Shipping:
Orders of $99 or more ship free anywhere in the continental United States (excludes AK and HI). Simply enter code FREESHIP at checkout. Please note that free shipping cannot be combined with other offers or discounts.
Most in-stock orders ship within 3-5 business days. Drop-ship and custom orders may require additional time. You'll receive tracking information via email once your order is on its way. Occasionally, there are circumstances beyond our control that may cause a delay with your order. If you have questions after checking your order status, feel free to call us!
We ship to the lower 48 states, APO and FPO addresses, and military families. If you use a PO Box, please be sure to include a street address in your order comments.

Out of stock items:
If an item you ordered is unexpectedly out of stock, we'll contact you by email and phone with the estimated arrival date and possible substitutions.
Order Changes:
Because we work to ship orders quickly, we may not be able to change or cancel your order once it has shipped. We'll always do our best to accommodate changes - please call us at (336) 275-1555 right away if you need assistance.
What if my order arrives damaged?
If any part of your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can arrange a replacement, exchange, or store credit.
International Orders:
We do not ship internationally at this time.
Tight Deadlines
If your package needs to arrive by a specific date, we encourage you to place your order by phone so we can confirm inventory, shipping dates, and delivery options. Please note that additional shipping charges may be required for expedited delivery, based on carrier rates.
When A Package is "Returned to Sender":
Unless the error is ours, packages returned due to an insufficient address will be reshipped at the customer's expense.
Polliwogs Holidays:
Our offices are closed on Sundays and the following holidays: New Year's Day, Fourth of July, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day. We close early at 2 PM on Christmas Eve and New Year's Eve. On these days, our staff is spending time at home with their families. Orders and inquiries received during these times will be processed on the next business day. Occasionally, weather or other circumstances may cause us to close unexpectedly.
Returns:
Unopened or defective items - with proof of purchase - may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Returns are issued as STORE CREDIT or a GIFT CARD. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition with tags and packaging intact. Disposable products must remain sealed.
We are unable to accept returns on items with odors, pet hair, smoke, stains, makeup, perfume, or damaged packaging. Special orders, sale and clearance merchandise, and purchases made with a discount 50% or more are considered final sale. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not offer price adjustments on full-price returns during sale periods.
Returns are processed within 3 business days of receipt. Once complete, you'll receive an email confirmation and a store credit or gift card for the return amount. Please include a copy of your receipt and the original packaging with your return.
